Man Turns Himself In 12 Years After DUI Arrest In Greenwich GREENWICH, Conn. -- Talk about a guilty conscience. A Palm Beach, Fla., man turned up Friday morning at Greenwich Police headquarters to tell officers he was turning himself in from a drinking and driving arrest from 12 years ago, police said. Joelito I Jo, 52, of 44 Coconut Row, Apt. A205, Palm Beach, was arrested in February 2004 and told police he failed to attend court in May 2004.
