Harvey School Students Wade In To Clean Up Stamford's Mill River Park STAMFORD, Conn. -- It wasn't a typical school day, but it's one that Harvey School students threw themselves into. About 300 upper school students of the school in Katonah headed to Mill River Park in Stamford on Tuesday morning to do cleanup and beautification projects. Man Tasered After Dispute At South Norwalk Lounge, Police Say NORWALK, Conn. -- Officers had to use a Taser on a man "rambling on about a police state" during a dispute early Saturday at a South Norwalk lounge that resulted in the arrests of two people, police said. Ishwa Entzminger, 38, of 42 Taylor Ave., was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer. Two Stamford Teens Charged With Robbery After Grabbing 16-Year-Old's Phone STAMFORD, Conn. -- Two teenagers are facing a series of charges after they stole a cellphone from a 16-year-old and taunted him by tossing the phone back and forth between them just out of his reach, Stamford Police said. Officials Welcome Long-Awaited Reopening Of Runway At Sikorsky Airport BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Officials celebrated the reopening of a runway and the removal of a blast fence that was blamed for eight deaths in a plane crash at the airport 22 years ago. Man Turns Himself In 12 Years After DUI Arrest In Greenwich GREENWICH, Conn. -- Talk about a guilty conscience. A Palm Beach, Fla., man turned up Friday morning at Greenwich Police headquarters to tell officers he was turning himself in from a drinking and driving arrest from 12 years ago, police said. Joelito I Jo, 52, of 44 Coconut Row, Apt. A205, Palm Beach, was arrested in February 2004 and told police he failed to attend court in May 2004. Officers took a look and discovered there was a warrant for his arrest, police said. Bond was set at $1,000, and he was scheduled to appear in court on Monday.

Two Charged With Assault In Attack Near South Norwalk Train Station NORWALK, Conn. -- Two men are facing assault charges in connection with an attack near the South Norwalk train station late Sunday, police said. Police: Norwalk Man Recorded On Video Trying To Break Into Home NORWALK, Conn. -- A Norwalk man turned himself in to police Sunday in connection with an attempted break-in at a home last month that was all recorded on the homeowner's video system.
