Police: Stamford Man Scammed Out Of More Than $400K In Scheme To Aid Africa STAMFORD, Conn. -- Two Pennsylvania men are facing charges after they scammed a Stamford man out of more than $400,000 in a scheme they said would aid to people in a West African country. Soko Kanneh, 27, and Justin Jusu Kennedy, 30, both of Upper Darby, Pa., were each charged with first-degree larceny and first-degree conspiracy to commit a crime.
