Man Struck And Killed By Metro-North Train MILFORD, Conn. — A man was struck and killed by a westbound Metro-North train as it pulled into the station in Milford late Tuesday night. A Metro-North spokeswoman said the incident occurred at 11:54 p.m. Tuesday. The man's identity has not been released, she said.   The incident caused minor delays late Tuesday, but trains were running on schedule Wednesday morning.  The MTA police are investigating.
