7-Year-Old Boy Hit By Car As He Walked To School In Stamford STAMFORD, Conn. — A 7-year-old boy hit by a car as he walked to school Wednesday suffered only minor injuries, according to the Stamford Advocate. The boy was taken to Stamford Hospital as a precaution for a graze on his head, police told the Advocate.  He was walking alone when he was in hit in the crosswalk at Willowbrook Avenue and Hale Street in the Cove neighborhood, the Advocate said. Photos: Stratford Police Release Photos Of Suspect Who Shot Bartender STRATFORD, Conn. — Stratford police released two surveillance photos of the suspect who shot a bartender Tuesday night during an armed robbery. The photos show the suspect pointing a handgun with his left hand. The suspect is in mostly dark clothing, with what appears to be a gray sweatshirt or jacket, with the hood over his head, and much of his face covered. Naugatuck Police Searching For Missing Teen Who May Be In North Haven Police are searching for a teenager from Naugatuck who was last seen Tuesday afternoon and has been reported missing.  Cherilee Estes, 16, was wearing pink leggings with a pink long-sleeved shirt and a Pink brand sweatshirt when she was last seen, Naugatuck police said in a post on Facebook.  Estes is 5-foot-1 and weighs 87 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes.  She is possibly with a friend, Cassidy Leonetti, who was also reported missing from Meriden, Naugatuck police said.
