Lanes Closed In Both Directions After Tractor-Trailer Rollover On I-84 DANBURY, Conn. — Lanes were closed in both directions of I-84 in Danbury on Tuesday night due to a tractor-trailer rollover accident with injuries, according to the Connecticut State Police.  The crash is near Exit 3 for Route 7, according to state police.  The left lane was closed on the eastbound side, and the left and center lanes were closed on the westbound side, state police said. Wilton Man, 19, Charged With Sexual Assault WILTON, Conn. — A 19-year-old Wilton man was arrested Monday on a charge of sexually assaulting a female victim while she slept at his home, police said. Duncan O'Neil was arrested on a warrant in connection with the incident, which police said happened on June 19.  O'Neil turned himself in at headquarters and was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault in the incident, police said. He was released on $20,000 bond and is due in Norwalk Superior Court on Aug. 3.
