21-Year-Old Driver Arrested In Connection With Death Of Weston Cyclist WESTON, Conn. – A 21-year-old New Milford man was arrested late Tuesday in connection with the accident that killed Weston cyclist Thomas Steinert-Threlkeld in October, police said. Alexander Scott Lee faces charges of evading responsibility for a fatal accident, making an improper left turn and tampering with evidence, according to Bethel police. The accident occurred at the intersection of Route 302 and Old Hawleyville Road in Bethel on Oct. 20.
