Ridgefield Football Team Looks To Continue Playoff Run RIDGEFIELD, Conn. – Fresh off its upset of the state’s top-ranked team, the Ridgefield High School football team looks to continue its momentum in the Class LL playoffs on Saturday. Eighth-seeded Ridgefield (10-2) meets No. 4 Southington at 2 p.m. at West Haven High School. Katonah's Cultural Connections Come Together For Unique Tour KATONAH, N.Y. – Three cultural institutions in Katonah collaborated earlier this month to bring community awareness for each organization. It just may be the beginning of a paradigm shift in which all of them will work together in the years ahead. The Katonah Museum of Art, John Jay Homestead and Caramoor held the “Portrait Tour of Katonah’s Cultural Gems," a day-long event on Nov. 5 that showcased each destination. Fairfield Woman Assists The Center For Family Justice FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Fairfield’s Debra Menich knows the first step is often the hardest for women who need assistance at The Center for Family Justice. 21-Year-Old Driver Arrested In Connection With Death Of Weston Cyclist WESTON, Conn. – A 21-year-old New Milford man was arrested late Tuesday in connection with the accident that killed Weston cyclist Thomas Steinert-Threlkeld in October, police said. Alexander Scott Lee faces charges of evading responsibility for a fatal accident, making an improper left turn and tampering with evidence, according to Bethel police.
