Bedford Town Board Honors Katonah Swim And Dive Team BEDFORD HILLS, N.Y. -- At its Tuesday night meeting, the Bedford Town Board unanimously approved a proclamation honoring the Katonah Swim and Dive Team, which is turning 50 this year. In a July 9 letter to New Castle Supervisor Rob Greenstein, Napoli projects a total of $3.5 million.
