The parade's line up is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. near The Elephant Hotel, which serves as Somers' Town Hall and is along Route 100. Mezzancello Pulls Ahead In Updated North Castle Election Tally ARMONK, N.Y. -- An updated tally of unofficial results puts Republican challenger Guy Mezzancello ahead of Democratic incumbent José Berra in the special election for a North Castle Town Board seat. The unofficial results, which are from the Westchester County Board of Elections, give Mezzancello a 17-vote lead. Berra previously held a lead of just 16 votes. In total, the results show Mezzancello with 1,758 votes (50 percent) to Berra's 1,741 (50 percent).
