Santa Claus Takes A Dive With The Sharks At Maritime Aquarium NORWALK, Conn. -- Santa Claus swam with the sharks Sunday at the Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk. And, no, Rudolph wasn't there. Gifts Add Spice As Stamford Boys & Girls Club Serves Up Holiday Meal STAMFORD, Conn. -- As nearly 400 children excitedly gathered together at the Stamford Boys & Girls Club for its annual holiday dinner, it was an extra special day as community members handed out gifts they had brought to the club. Stamford Police Release Video Of Shooting, Ask For Help Finding Suspects STAMFORD, Conn. -- Stamford police released a video of a shooting incident on the city's West Side that occurred late Saturday, Dec. 13. It’s the most recent in a number of shootings, none fatal or with serious injuries, that have been attributed to two groups of youths in the city, police said. Wilton Man Arrested After Shoving Girlfriend While Decorating Tree WILTON, Conn. -- An argument between a couple about their relationship while they were decorating a Christmas tree turned physical as a 50-year-old man grabbed and pushed his 49-year-old girlfriend against the wall Saturday afternoon, police said. Walgreen's Worker Honored For Tipping Off New Canaan Police To Suspects NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- A Walgreen's worker was honored for his alertness, which helped lead the New Canaan Police to make an arrest in a fraud case. Terry Darden, 59, a Norwalk resident, was given a Civilian Service Award by police in a ceremony Monday, Dec. 15, for his role in helping police arrest two men wanted for fraud. Teen Prostitute Charged With Falsely Reporting Rape In Greenwich GREENWICH, Conn. -- An 18-year-old woman from Texas has been charged with falsely claiming she was sexually assaulted because she was angry at a customer for not paying her for her prostitution services, Greenwich police said.
