Rollover Crash Causes Delays On Route 8 In Shelton Update: The crash scene was cleared as of 11:15 a.m. Wednesday.  SHELTON, Conn. — Connecticut State Police troopers were on the scene of a rollover crash with minor injuries on southbound Route 8 in Shelton on Wednesday morning.  The motor vehicle accident was between Exits 14 and 13, with only one lane open in the area.  The crash was reported at 9:50 a.m., and the Department of Transportation said traffic was tied up for about 2 miles in the area.  The right and center lanes were closed. Norwalk Woman Charged With Reckless Driving In Rollover Crash In New Canaan NEW CANAAN, Conn. — A Norwalk woman was charged with reckless driving and drunken driving in connection with a rollover crash in New Canaan last month, police said. Emily Anne Hogan, 37, of 500 West Ave., was arrested late Monday afternoon after turning herself in to police on an active warrant. The one-car crash occurred just after 9 p.m. Nov. 21 near 120 Parade Hill Road in New Canaan, police said.
