Metro-North Changes Train Schedule For Labor Day FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — If your Labor Day plans include a trip into New York City — or anywhere on Metro-North — be sure to check the train schedule. Trains will be running on a Sunday schedule on Monday, Sept. 4, Labor Day.   That change is for all trains on Monday on the Harlem, Hudson and New Haven Lines. NTSB Issues First Report On Fatal Plane Crash In New Milford NEW MILFORD, Conn. — The National Transportation Safety Board has issued a report about the crash of a Cessna airplane that had taken off from Danbury Airport, killing a flight instructor onboard and seriously injuring the student pilot.  But the NTSB report, which included many details on the plane and the incident, did not directly address the cause of the crash.
