Norwalk Mad Bulls Wrestlers Plan Free Clinics NORWALK, CONN. -- The Norwalk Mad Bulls youth wrestling team will open its new season with a free clinic on Tuesday, Oct. 15. The club is offering the for free clinics to the first 25 boys and girls in grades 1 to 8 who register. The free clinics will be held in the Norwalk High School Auxiliary Gym on Oct. 15, 17, 22 and 24. The is from 5:45 to 7 p.m. Young wrestlers can attend one or attend all. Darien White 8th Graders Hand Fairfield First Loss DARIEN, Conn. – The Darien White 8th grade football team improved to 5-0 Sunday with a 6-0 victory over Fairfield in a Fairfield County Football League game. Fairfield came into the game undefeated and had surrendered just one touchdown all season. But Darien matched Fairfield’s defensive intensity and posted its second shutout of the season. Darien, coached by Rich Joyce, has allowed just three touchdowns all season. Darien travels to meet Wilton on Sunday in a 1:30 p.m. kickoff.
