2 Norwalk Cheer Teams Qualify For New England Competition NORWALK, Conn. -- Two cheerleading teams from Norwalk Junior Football and Cheer qualified for the New England championships later this month after finishing in the top three at the recent state championships. Norwalk won the Division 10 state title, while the Division 13 team took third. The state competition was held in New Britain. Both teams won their divisions in the Colonial Youth Conference in October. The teams will compete for the New England title on Nov. 23 in Hartford.
