Fifth Avenue in Mount Vernon on Wednesday, Jan. 22, at 11:30 a.m. The celebration with community and business leaders will include brief remarks and tours of the new site. Dr. John F. M. Flynn has been selected as Westchester Community College’s interim president. He began serving in this role in January and will continue until a permanent successor is hired to replace Dr. Joseph Hankin, who recently retired.
