Total spending comes in at $119,995,101, an increase of 1.90 percent from the current budget. The tax levy, which represents the total amount of property tax revenue to be collected for the budget, is at $84,101,189, an increase of 0.99 percent. The prizes include a three-year lease on a Tesla Model S or $25,000. Later this month, however, he is set to surpass his milestone with a 450-mile trek from Westchester to Niagara Falls. Reisdorf, who has resided in Somers for close to 30 years, calls the trip the "Tour de Empire."
