Brewster Man, 25, Accused Of Rape BREWSTER, N.Y. -- A 25-year-old Brewster man is accused of having sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl and has been charged with rape, according to state police. The girl cannot give sexual consent due to her age, police noted. The man, Jorge Elisandro Cardona, was charged with two counts of third-degree rape, which are felonies.  State Police reported receiving a child abuse referral, which came from Mount Kisco Police.
