Schiliro added that Watson passed away "peacefully in her sleep." SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- A woman was found dead after jumping from the Interstate 84 overpass in Southeast late Tuesday morning, according to Capt. William McNamara of the Putnam County Sheriff's Department. The unidentified woman jumped from a section of the overpass that is above a roadway that doubles as Routes 6, 202 and 22, according to McNamara.
