One Injured After Car Trapped Under Tractor Trailer: Gloucester Twp PD A passenger was injured after a car became trapped under a truck on the early morning of Saturday, March 8 in Gloucester Township, authorities said. At 2:19 a.m., officers responded to a crash at Sicklerville Road and Garwood Road and found a sedan trapped under the trailer portion of a tractor trailer, Gloucester Township police said. The driver of the sedan failed to observe the tractor trailer was executing a left turn and began illegally passing him, police said. Delsea High School Student Among Two Killed In Crash: Njsp Brendan Cary, a 19-year-old Delsea Regional High School District student, was one of two people killed in a crash in Gloucester County on the afternoon of Sunday, March 10. At 4:17 p.m., troopers responded to Route 55 North in Elk Township, after Cary's Honda passenger vehicle struck a Dodge minivan that was disabled on the right shoulder, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. Cops ID 22-Year-Old Killed In Crash On Garden State Parkway In Toms River: Njsp A 22-year-old Manahawkin man was killed in a crash on the Garden State Parkway in Toms River on the morning of Sunday, March 9, authorities said. At 11:34 a.m., John DeLuca was driving a Buick SUV southbound on the Garden State Parkway when it ran off the road and struck multiple trees, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. As a result of the crash, DeLuca sustained fatal injuries, Marchan said. The crash remains under investigation, Marchan said.

Newark Teen Dies After Collapsing Playing Basketball At YMCA: Police A 17-year-old Newark boy died on Saturday, March 8, after he collapsed while playing basketball at a YMCA, authorities said. At 2:48 p.m., firefighters responded to the YMCA at Kenneth Gibson Blvd and found the 17-year-old unresponsive inside the second floor gymnasium, Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda said. The teen had been playing basketball before collapsing, Miranda said. He was transported to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 4:13 p.m. following a cardiac event, authorities said.

East Orange Man Charged With Murdering Two In Guttenberg: Police A 40-year-old East Orange man is now charged with double murder following the deaths of two people in Guttenberg last November, authorities said. On Saturday, Nov. 23 at 10 p.m., Guttenberg police responded to 209 S. 71st St and found Justo Bory and Ricardo Bory dead at the scene, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Lamont Cole was originally arrested by Guttenberg police at the scene for interfering with the investigation, Suarez said. The woman said she had a sexual relationship with Ryan Ramsay, a social studies teacher when she was a 17-year-old senior at the high school, authorities said. Blairstown Masseuse Arrested At Airport For Sexual Assault: Prosecutor A 63-year-old Blairstown masseuse was arrested at Newark Liberty International Airport on Sunday, March 2, on charges of sexual assault. Seung Chang was taken into custody by Port Authority police as he returned to New Jersey, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said. Chang committed the sexual assault while he was employed as a masseur at Simply Day Spa on Route 94 in Blairstown, authorities said.
