An (almost) lifelong Westchester resident, Sam has reported on all facets of Westchester since he graduated from Ryerson University with a degree in print journalism, including stints at North County News and The Examiner. Florida Man Shot Dead In Newark A Florida resident was fatally shot in Newark on Wednesday, April 12, authorities said. Frensly Bouquet, 27, was found by police at 1:45 a.m. after they responded to a report of a shooting on the 2100 block of McCarter Highway, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore Stephens, II and Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said.
