Officers were called to Saxe Middle School in New Canaan just before 2 p.m. on a report that an intoxicated parent was at the school to pick up her child, police said. Carol A. Georgia Woman Arrested By Wilton Police On Fraud Charges WILTON, Conn. -- A Georgia woman was caught in the act of attempting to fraudulently use a debit card at a local bank, Wilton Police said. Officers were called to the Chase Bank at 33 Ridgefield Road on Dec. 30 on a complaint. After investigating the incident at the scene, officers arrested Brittany Manns, 24, of 1050 New Britain Drive, Atlanta. She was charged with criminal impersonation, third-degree identity theft, third-degree forgery and fourth-degree attempted larceny.
