Stamford Man's Suicide Attempt Foiled In Church Parking Lot STAMFORD, Conn. -- Quick thinking parishioners called police after noticing that a man parked on their church's property was trying to commit suicide by venting exhaust into his vehicle Monday morning, Stamford Police said.
