Algonquin Pipeline Company Sues Yorktown YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Spectra, which is behind the proposed Algonquin pipeline, is suing the Town of Yorktown to obtain four acres of town-owned property for an easement.  The lawsuit was filed in federal court Thursday. Spectra said it recently obtained a federal certificate to clear the way for construction, which is set to begin on Oct. 1, according to LoHud.
