DiNardo is one of the people behind the mixed use Wrights Court development at 339 Route 202 in Somer, across from the restaurant. The development will feature office and retail along with seven apartments, ranging from one to two bedrooms. DiNardo will also be closing the restaurant for two weeks at the end of September to do renovations to the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including adding a 22-foot bar. Skip Is SPCA Pet Of The Week BRIARCLIFF, N.Y. -- Skip, an 18-month old retriever mix, is looking for his forever home. The SPCA of Westchester, located in Briarcliff said Skip is an all-around nice guy. "Happy, friendly, cuddly and loving, he will make a fabulous friend to one lucky adopter," the SPCA said. Skip gets along well with other dogs and has lots of energy, the SPCA said, though he is not a fan of cats.  He'll need to stay on the calm side until September while he finishes up treatment for heartworm; the SPCA said. Poughkeepsie Man Among Sailors Missing In USS John McCain Collision Corey George Ingram, a 28-year-old Poughkeepsie resident, is one of nine sailors missing following a collision between the USS John McCain and a merchant vessel in Singapore on Monday, Aug. 21. The Navy said Thursday it had suspended search and rescue efforts for the missing sailors. One sailor has been confirmed to be killed. Ingram was an Information Systems Technician 2nd Class.
