Metro-North Resolves Train Delays Into And Out Of Grand Central Update: These train delays have been resolved.  FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — If you're heading into New York City on the train on Monday morning, you may be a bit late on this Columbus Day holiday.  Metro-North is reporting delays of 15 to 20 minutes for all trains heading into and out of Grand Central Terminal.  The delays are due to signal issues, Metro-North said. Couple From Bridgeport With Pliers Busted On Shoplifting Charges At Macy's BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A couple from Bridgeport were arrested on shoplifting charges Thursday at Macy's in Milford, police said. Officers responded to Macy's at about 6 p.m. on a report that two shoplifters were in custody, police said.  The two were accused of taking $443 worth of merchandise without paying, police said.
