Car Fire Slows Rush-Hour Traffic On I-95 Update: The crash scene has been cleared.  GREENWICH, Conn. — Traffic was jammed on Wednesday afternoon for the Thanksgiving getaway, but it was slowed on I-95 southbound in Greenwich just before 5 p.m. due to a car fire, the Department of Transportation said.  The car fire was on I-95 southbound between Exits 4 and 3, DOT said. The left lane is closed in the area, and fire trucks are on the scene, DOT said.  The car fire was reported at 4:52 p.m. It was not known when the scene would be cleared.
