Greenwich Real Estate Sales Show Strong First Quarter GREENWICH, Conn. – The Greenwich real estate market showed a strong first quarter, with increases in units sold and average price, according to recently released statistics. Sales increased 14 percent and the average price jumped 20 percent to $2,660,274, according to statistics released by Russell Pruner of Shore & Country Properties. New Canaan Crew Wins 12 Medals In Mercer Sprints NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- In the first major regatta of the season, New Canaan Crew picked up 12 medals in 17 events at the Mercer Sprints last weekend in New Jersey. The Mercer Lake/ISA Sculling Championships included 42 rowing clubs from the Northeast for the three-day competition.
