Fishkill Man, 27, Charged With Eight Counts Of Burglary PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- A 27-year-old Fishkill man was charged with eight counts of burglary Monday following an investigation by New York State Police in Wappinger and the Fishkill Police Department. Anthony J. Campana faces second-degree burglary charges in connection with numerous thefts at a Bennington Drive condominium complex in Fishkill. Michael Borcina will pay the amount as part of a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Matthew Badger, the father of the girls, the Post said. Bryan Montalvo was arrested while he was sitting in a car with a women known to engage in prostitution on Foster Street, police said. After retrieving the illegal drugs that were in plain view, officers found a compartment in the car that contained a large quantity of heroin and crack cocaine, police said. Phyllis Ratliffe, 93; Pound Ridge Resident Served In Navy In WW II POUND RIDGE, N.Y. -- Phyllis Corinne Ratliffe, 93, of Blue Ash, Ohio, a longtime Pound Ridge resident, died Jan. 9. The youngest of three children, she was born to Genevieve and Robert More on Aug. 21, 1921 and raised in St. Paul, Minn. She attended Carelton College for two years until enlisting in the U.S. Navy on April 19, 1943. She served as a Link Instrument Flight Trainer in Hutchinson, Kan. until the end of World War II in September 1945. Phyllis married Thomas Ratliffe on March 3, 1945.
