Signatures Submitted For Chappaqua Train Station Referendum CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- A petition with signatures was submitted for the initiative to force a permissive referendum for the Chappaqua train station lease, according to an announcement posted on the "Our Station, Our Town" Facebook page. Bedford Supervisor Chris Burdick, in an interview, outlined the options, which involve the owner.
