Signatures Submitted For Chappaqua Train Station Referendum CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- A petition with signatures was submitted for the initiative to force a permissive referendum for the Chappaqua train station lease, according to an announcement posted on the "Our Station, Our Town" Facebook page.
