The parade, in its 18th year, is supported by the Community YMCA of Northern Westchester. Costumed Kids, Adults Pack Halloween Parade In Katonah KATONAH, N.Y. -- Downtown Katonah was packed Sunday afternoon for the hamlet's annual Halloween parade. Nelson, an offensive tackle who played football for the Giants from 1983 to 1988 and was part of a Super Bowl-winning team, was met with lines of people at the Stop & Shop in Baldwin Place. Bruce Willis Buys Properties In Bedford, Report Says BEDFORD, N.Y. -- Actor Bruce Willis bought two properties in Bedford and closed on the sales in August, according to a report from The Record-Review. The properties are at 340 Croton Lake Road and 378-384, according to the weekly newspaper in its Friday, Oct. 24 edition, which reports that they were bought for $9 million and $3 million, respectively. The pet food store's exterior was charred and a building frame was exposed. Neighboring stores had smoke and water damage, according to Mahopac Fire Capt. Cardinal Dolan Visits Mount Kisco For Monsignor’s Funeral MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Cardinal Timothy Dolan was among dozens of Roman Catholic clergy who attended the Friday morning funeral of Monsignor Daniel Flynn in Mount Kisco. The service for Flynn, who died Oct. 20 at the age of 91, was held in the Church of Saint Francis of Assisi and attended by around 100 people.
