Nepaul Campbell, a Mount Vernon resident, tried to use 21 fraudulent $50 bills to purchase two PlayStation gaming consoles from Walmart on Route 72, Stafford Township Police said.  Campbell was charged with forgery and was ordered to appear back in Ocean County Superior Court, police said.
