Drug Raid: Large Quantities Of Ecstasy, Mushrooms Land Sicklerville Man In Jail, Police Say A 46-year-old Sicklerville man was arrested after a raid on his home on Monday, Feb. 4 turned up large quantities of drugs, police said. Officers raided a residence on Eden Hollow Lane and found large quantity of marijuana, ecstasy, prescription opiates, mushrooms, and packaging materials, Winslow Township police said. Larry Barnes was arrested and charged with numerous narcotics distribution related offenses, police said. He was remanded to Camden County Jail pending a court appearance.

Montague Township Drug Dealer Sentenced For Weapon Possession: Prosecutor A 29-year-old Montague Township man was sentenced to five years in prison on Friday, Jan. 31 after pleading guilty to unlawfully possessing a firearm with intent to use it, authorities said. Authorities were originally investigating Keanu Alicea last year for running a drug distribution ring in Orange County, New York, Acting Sussex County Prosecutor Sahil K. Kabse said. When police searched Alicea’s residence they found a handgun along with controlled dangerous substances, Kabse said. Alicea also pled guilty to illegal drug distribution in New York, Kabse said.

Cops ID Vineland Man Who Died Days After Being Struck By Vehicle A 35-year-old Vineland resident died on Monday, Feb. 3, days after he was struck by a vehicle, authorities said. On Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 7:24 p.m., officers responded to South Brewster Road at School Lane and found Alexander Coraci struck by a black 2013 Ford pickup truck driven by  a 59-year-old Williamstown man, Vineland police said.
