Cops Use GPS To Find Stolen Car, Four Teens Arrested: Summit PD A GPS tracker helped police in Summit locate a stolen vehicle on Monday, Feb. 3, leading to the arrest of four teenagers, authorities said. At 4:45 p.m., a 2022 Range Rover was reported stolen from a parking garage in downtown Summit, police said. Officers used the Range Rover's GPS system to monitor its movements, police said. Drug Raid: Large Quantities Of Ecstasy, Mushrooms Land Sicklerville Man In Jail, Police Say A 46-year-old Sicklerville man was arrested after a raid on his home on Monday, Feb. 4 turned up large quantities of drugs, police said. Officers raided a residence on Eden Hollow Lane and found large quantity of marijuana, ecstasy, prescription opiates, mushrooms, and packaging materials, Winslow Township police said. Larry Barnes was arrested and charged with numerous narcotics distribution related offenses, police said. He was remanded to Camden County Jail pending a court appearance.

Man, 89, Lying In Road Run Over, Killed By Truck After Leaving Senior Facility: Cinnaminson PD An 89-year-old Cinnaminson man was killed after he was struck by a truck while lying in the roadway on the morning of Friday, Jan. 31, authorities said. At 6:35 a.m., officers responded to the Azalea, an assisted living facility and found the deceased body of Robert Richardson, a resident of the facility, in the curb lane of the roadway, Cinnaminson police said. Jersey Shore Rabbi Dies Suddenly: Remembering Levi Wolosow Rabbi Levi Wolosow, a 43-year-old Manaplan resident, died while on a family trip in the Poconos on Monday, Feb. 3, Chabad announced. Anash says that Wolosow, the director of Chabad of Monmouth County, died while on a ski trip with his family in the Poconos. Irvington Man Killed In Two-Car Crash In Edison: Prosecutor A 36-year-old Irvington man was killed in a two-car crash in Edison on the early morning of Tuesday, Feb. 4, authorities said. Montague Township Drug Dealer Sentenced For Weapon Possession: Prosecutor A 29-year-old Montague Township man was sentenced to five years in prison on Friday, Jan. 31 after pleading guilty to unlawfully possessing a firearm with intent to use it, authorities said. Authorities were originally investigating Keanu Alicea last year for running a drug distribution ring in Orange County, New York, Acting Sussex County Prosecutor Sahil K. Kabse said. When police searched Alicea’s residence they found a handgun along with controlled dangerous substances, Kabse said. Alicea also pled guilty to illegal drug distribution in New York, Kabse said.

Freehold Man Faces Five Years In Prison For Shooting Victim In Face: Prosecutor A 26-year-old Freehold Borough man pleaded guilty on Monday, Feb. 3 to shooting a man in the face last year in Jackson Township, authorities said. Michael Vulpis faces five years in prison for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, per the terms of his plea agreement, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. Cops ID Vineland Man Who Died Days After Being Struck By Vehicle A 35-year-old Vineland resident died on Monday, Feb. 3, days after he was struck by a vehicle, authorities said. On Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 7:24 p.m., officers responded to South Brewster Road at School Lane and found Alexander Coraci struck by a black 2013 Ford pickup truck driven by a 59-year-old Williamstown man, Vineland police said.
