Teen Girl Struck Dead In Lancaster, Coroner Says A 15-year-old girl was found dead on the side of the road on Monday morning, Aug. 5 the Lancaster County Coroner Eric Bieber announced. The coroner had been called to a pedestrian struck at 1420 Beaver Valley Pike in Strasburg Township at 3:28 a.m., according to the release. The teenage girl was found by investigators and the coroner along the side of the road following the vehicle strike, as detailed in the release. Vehicle Slams Into Fence On Rt 30 Ramp: PennDOT A vehicle crash into a fence at a Route 30 ramp is causing some delays on Monday, Aug. 5, according to PennDOT's 511PA.  The crash happened at the Route 30 Westbound on-ramp at Kreutz Creek Road in Hellam Township around 11:15 a.m., according to the York County Department of Emergency Services dispatch log.  The ramp was closed as emergency crews remained on the scene. Tractor-Trailer Rollover Blocks Ramp On Rt 22: PennDOT A tractor-trailer rolled onto its side is blocking the on-ramp to Route 22 on Monday morning, Aug. 5., according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.  The tractor-trailer appears to have flipped exactly in front of the on-ramp from Elmerton Avenue to North Cameron Street/Route 22 Northbound near Wildwood Drive around 6:40 a.m., according to PennDOT's 511PA traffic cameras.  A crane came to the area and stood the vehicle upright around 9:40 a.m., but the area was still closed.  No injuries were reported.  Check back here for updates.
