Off-Road Motorcyclist Killed By Truck In Hammonton Crash, Police Say A Delaware man was killed when his off-road motorcycle drifted into the path of a truck in Atlantic County, authorities said. Hammonton police responded to the crash on the 900 block of Eighth Street at around 4:56 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, the department said in a news release. Dalton Hunter Nicastro, 28, of Rehoboth Beach, was pronounced dead at the scene. Man Fired Shots In South Jersey 'Motel Corridor', Police Say A Mays Landing man was accused of firing a gun in a South Jersey area with several motels.  Desmon Wilson, 23, was arrested on Friday, June 14, the Absecon Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to a report of fired shots on the Route 30 "motel corridor" just before 10:30 p.m. Police began searching for possible victims in the area. After reviewing surveillance video, Wilson was eventually identified as the suspect and taken into custody. Wilson was charged with several weapons offenses.
