Judge Dismisses Daryl's House Lawsuit Against Town Of Pawling PAWLING, N.Y. -- The lawsuit filed by Daryl's House, the music club and restaurant on Route 22 in Pawling owned by rock star Daryl Hall of Hall & Oates fame, against the town has been dismissed. Outhouse Running For County Legislator Robert Outhouse announced he is running to represent the 9th District in the Westchester County Legislator.
