Judge Dismisses Daryl's House Lawsuit Against Town Of Pawling PAWLING, N.Y. -- The lawsuit filed by Daryl's House, the music club and restaurant on Route 22 in Pawling owned by rock star Daryl Hall of Hall & Oates fame, against the town has been dismissed.
