Man Faces Felony DWI Charge After Crashing Car In Woods, Yorktown PD Says A 60-year old Carmel man was charged two felonies after he crashed his car into the woods Sunday morning, Yorktown Police say. Montrose Man Charged With DWI Following Car Accident YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 58-year-old Montrose man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a car accident on Route 100 early Sunday morning. Eric Rasmussen was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors following the two-car accident that caused property damage, police said. Rasmussen was arrested and transported to headquarters. He was released on his own recognizance and is due back in court on Sept. 14.
