Man Shot In East Orange, Police Say A 24-year-old East Orange man was shot on the evening of Monday, June 24, authorities said. At 7:25 p.m., officers responded to 210 S. Burnet Street and found the man shot in the right ankle, East Orange police said. He was treated and released from University Hospital, police said. Motorcyclist Injured After Striking Deer In Hunterdon County: Njsp A motorcyclist was injured after he struck a deer in Hunterdon County on the early morning of Tuesday, June 25, authorities said. At 5:05 a.m. on Frontage Road in Clinton, a motorcyclist was traveling on Frontage Road when a deer entered the roadway and was struck by the motorcycle, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.
