Rockaway Woman Busted For DWI Following Crash: Denville PD A Rockaway resident was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle crash in Morris County on the early morning of Tuesday, July 2, authorities said. At 3:32 a.m., officers responded to Franklin Road and Franklin Avenue on a report of a crash, Denville police said in a release.
