The fire broke out just before 1 a.m. on Thursday, April 10, at a home on Otis Street in Norwich, officials said. Body Pulled From Merrimack River ID'd As Missing Lowell Man Authorities have identified the body of a man pulled from the Merrimack River earlier this week as a 71-year-old Lowell resident who had been missing since January, officials said.
