Danbury Man Charged With Shoplifting Seafood From Stop & Shop DANBURY, Conn. — A Danbury man was arrested on charges of shoplifting a large amount of seafood two years ago from a Stop & Shop in Milford, police said.  At 6:30 p.m. Sept. 21, Milford police took Luis Cuevas, 34, into custody on an active arrest warrant.  Cuevas is accused of taking about $400 worth of seafood from Stop & Shop at 855 Bridgeport Ave. in Milford in August 2015, police said.  He was charged with sixth-degree larceny and released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 17.
