Graduates Celebrate As Bridgeport's Bassick High Holds Commencement BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - The Class of 2015 at Bassick High School in Bridgeport gathered for the last time Monday morning for its commencement ceremony at the downtown Webster Bank Arena. A total of 179 seniors received diplomas at the ceremony, the first of three held for high schools in Bridgeport at the arena on Monday. Stamford Museum & Nature Center Celebrates Its Farm Families STAMFORD, Conn. - The Stamford Museum & Nature Center celebrated Father's Day a week early Sunday, hosting its "Farm Families" day and allowing visitors to meet the farm's fathers as well as some of its newest arrivals. Visitors also learned which dads are called bucks, drakes, and jacks, and which baby is a kid, a lamb or a cria.
