Woodbridge High School Investigating Hate Symbol Left in Bathroom A northern Virginia high school principal sent a letter to parents last week after someone drew swastikas and other derogatory messages and images in a bathroom stall. Officials at C.D. Hylton High School in Woodbridge called the school resource officer after someone noticed the Nazi iconography in a boy's bathroom on May 24. There was also vulgar language and lewd images drawn on the stall as well, Prince William County police said. School officials closed the bathroom until they could clean off the images. 9-Year-Old Critically Wounded In Woodbridge Shooting Released From ICU: Mom The mother of a 9-year-old girl who was shot in the crossfire during a May 24 shooting in Prince William County said the girl remains in good spirits and is making major strides in her recovery. Though, she has a long way to go. 15-year-old Brought Knife To Woodbridge High School: Police Police arrested a 15-year-old student earlier this month for bringing a knife to school, police said. Administrators at Freedom High School in Woodbridge called the student resource officer on May 18 after they found the weapon in the student's possession, Prince William County police said. The 38-year-old Woodbridge man told Prince William County police that he was in the Potomac Mills Road area on Saturday afternoon when a stranger approached him, pulled out a knife, and started attacking him. High-Speed Chase in Stafford Reaches 116 MPH: Police A high-speed chase on Monday, May 30, reached speeds of more than 100 miles per hour before deputies could end it, police said. Virginia Women Still Missing After Going Over James River Dam Memorial Day Rescuers pulled 10 people from the James River after they went over Bosh Dam on Monday, May 30, but two women are still missing. Lauren Winstead, 23, of Richmond, and Sarah Erway, 28, of Chesterfield County, haven't been seen since going over the 12-feet-high dam just after 3 p.m. on Memorial Day, Henrico police told the Associated Press. Drivers With Eerily Similar Names Among Three Dead In Stafford Crash Police released the names of three people who died on Sunday, May 29, in a head-on collision in Stafford that shut down a road for several hours. Tamarr Williams, 38, of Woodbridge, lost control of his 1995 Lexus and veered into oncoming traffic on Austin Ridge Drive around 7:30 p.m., the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said.
